The First Halloween Asia Server Invitational Tournament

1. Participant Requirements
This tournament is only available to players from the 4 Asia servers : S2.EL NIDO [AS] / SHANGRI-LA [AS] / ไทย[TH] / ไทยแลนด์[TH] / SLANGKOR[AS]
Reach at least Level 30 in the game.
Achieve the Gold tier or above in ranked matches.
Please enter your correct in-game name when you register.
2. Registration
Follow the instruction below to register in this tournament with certain command orders. All participants have to register for themselves first. After that, team leaders have to register the name of the team. The rest team mebers can join the team with unique team code from the leader. After gathering 5 members in the team, it could join the bracket pool.

When the team joins the bracket pool, HE staff will invite the team leader to the specific Discord channel. The leader needs to submit the team name and all team members' names, containing each player's Discord account and character name in the game. The team leader is responsible for following up with the tournament schedule for the team and making sure team members join the tournament at required time.

Teams
This tournament starts with a minimum of 8 teams and is capped at 32 teams.
If the number of registered teams is less than 8, the tournament will be cancelled. If there are more than 32 teams, the teams registered after No.32 will become replacement teams. In the case that a team withdraws due to insufficient members by the deadline, its spot will be given to a replacement team.
Each team must have 5 players by the registration deadline, otherwise, the team will be disqualified for the tournament.
Select your team leader and name your team. Team leaders have the responsibility to contact Administration and team members.
Match Mode
Only the 5v5 Altar of Strife is available throughout the tournament.
Advance
The tournament pairs teams up in groups of two, with the winning team advancing to the next round. If a winning team withdraws, its opposing team will get a bye and advance to the next round.
The team destroying the enemy Aegis wins the match and move on to the next round.
Participation
Participants will use their own devices to join the matches online.
If a team is not yet full or fails to have all its players ready within 15 minutes for the required competition schedule time, the team will be disqualified from the tournament.
If a team member is different from that registered due to changes without the admin's approval, the team will be disqualified from the tournament.
Match Results
After a match, the team leaders need to take a screenshot of the result on their Records interface. The stats on the screenshots must be identical. When agreed to by both teams, the result will apply.
If there is a big difference between the screenshots and both teams disagree with the result, HE staff will review the match and decide whether the match should be rehosted.
Any form of cheating will not be tolerated. Teams reported with such behaviors will be disqualified from the tournament.
The final explanation of this event is reserved by the Heroes Evolved team.
