Heroes Evolved Update Notes - Sep 15,2021

Dear Players,
 
Servers will be down for 2 hours of maintenance beginning at 3:00 PM (UTC +8) on Sep 15th. The maintenance schedule is subject to change. You won't be able to login once the server is down and any matches in progress will be halted. Please do not start any matches right before the maintenance.
 
Here's a rundown of the patch:
 
1. New Skins
 
Moon Rider
Moon Rider, a new skin for Yang Jian, has true worshipers from the moon and will never let them down. Participate in the Millionaire event to win this new moon-themed skin for Yang Jian.
 
Chrono Hammer
With tremendous power of time and space, Chrono Hammer will make Titan invincible in the new season.
Compete in the Ranked Matches Season 20 and achieve 10 wins in the Gold tier or above to win this exclusive skin of Season 20 for Titan!
 
2. End of Ranked Matches Season
Ranked Matches Season 19 will end on Sep. 15 with Season 20 starting after the server maintenance on the day.

Daily Total Recharge (Sep. 15 to 21)
Recharge Tokens every day to get stunning rewards including Points and draw vouchers.

Puzzle of Darkness (Sep. 15 to 28)
With a certain number of Dark Pieces collected from daily quests, you can use them to light the puzzle parts, getting 1 Dark Treasure Chest per part lighted. Open the chest to receive wonderful items. Lighting the whole picture brings you the new Teleport FX - Shadow of Darkness!
Dark Pieces can also be used to play lucky draw for wonderful prizes like Psion’s Bloody Assassin skin, Psion, Furry Sidekick Ward Skin, and Prisma Shards. Each draw consumes 3 Dark Pieces.

Zhao Yun
Zhao Yun is underperforming due to his unstable control and low damage output. Were making his attacks more aggressive by strengthening his ultimate and reworking his passive, taking him back to the group of fierce fighters.
 
1. Dragon Rage (Ability 2)
♦ After casting this ability, Zhao Yun’s next basic attack triggers Dragon's Spirit.
 
2. Invincible (Ultimate)
♦ Control Mechanic: The control mechanic of Invincible focusing on knockback may lead to knockup failure if enemy units are knocked back too far away. To ensure this ability to knock up enemy units at last, the mechanic is now updated as: dashes and drags enemy units along the path to the destination, and then knock them up there.
 
♦ Hyper Armor Mechanic: Hyper Armor is now applied for the duration of this ability, not just lasting during the dash.
 
♦ Damage per Stage: 100/150/200 => 130/180/230
 
3. Dragon’s Spirit (Passive)
♦ Reworked:
Triggered at every third basic attack that damages an enemy unit, Dragon’s Spirit now deals additional physical damage and reduces the cooldown of all Zhao Yun’s active abilities (1, 2, and ultimate), instead of slowing the enemy unit by 50%.
Passive: Now grants bonus Attack based on level.
Bonus Damage: 30/60/85/110 => 40/65/90/115
[New] Cooldown Reduction: 4%/5%/6%/7%
Bonus Attack: 25/30/35/40
 
 
Zoe
Zoes already been released for months, but her pick rate is lower than expected. To help this lovely adventurer attract more attention, were giving her comprehensive buffs, including higher basic damage and shorter cooldown on abilities. Her Capture Moments is also allowed to heal allies. Hope this perfect ability can make a difference.
 
1. Shutter Precision (Ability 1)
♦ Cooldown: 3 seconds => 1 second
 
2. Magic Camera (Ability 2)
♦ Basic Magic Damage: 80/120/160/200 => 110/150/190/230
♦ Basic Charge Time: 5 seconds => 5/4.7/4.4/4.1 seconds
 
3. Capture Moments (Ultimate)
♦ [New] Capture Moments now also heals allied units (except structures); Health Regen: 80/120/160
 
4. Memory Filmroll (Passive)
♦ Shield: 80/170/260/350 => 110/180/250/320
♦ Bonus Movement Speed: 15%/20%/25%/30% => 15%/18%/21%/24%
 
Estrath
It seems too hard for Estrath to reach the number of Hypothermia notches required for turning the Movement Slow effect to Stun. By optimizing his ability 2, were giving Estrath more opportunities to kill fragile enemies swiftly and granting him more steady control in both teamfights and ganks.
 
1. Icy Tornado (Ability 2)
♦ Against enemy units with 4 Hypothermia notches, Icy Tornado causes Stun for 1 second instead of Movement Slow. => Against an enemy unit with 1 Hypothermia notch or more, Icy Tornado causes Stun instead of Movement Slow.
 
♦ Physical Damage: 120/150/180/210 => 150/180/210/240 
 
Minos
Minos is widely acclaimed but not widely used in the game. Were enhancing his control and optimizing his ultimate to make him a more attractive pick.
 
1. Furious Roar (Ability 1)
♦ Movement Slow: 30% => 50%
♦ Mana Cost: 100 => 90/100/110/120
 
2. Sweeping Blow (Ability 2)
♦ [New] Hitting an enemy hero with this ability now refreshes the cooldown of Mighty Axe.
♦ Bonus Armor: 10/15/20/25 => 16/24/32/40
♦ Bonus Spell Resist: 4/6/8/10 => 6/9/12/15
♦ Mana Cost: 100 => 90/100/110/120
 
3. Violent Attack (Ultimate)
♦ Mana Cost: 100/125/150 => 100
♦ [New] Making a kill with this ability now returns the Mana consumed.
♦ [New] Making a kill with this ability now refreshes the cooldown of all Minos’ abilities.
 
NERFS
 
Methos
Having diverse abilities for healing, shielding, and multiple dashes keeps Methos sitting near the top of the ban-rate list. We are tapping him down by reducing the damage and shield of his ability 2 and ultimate, giving him more opportunities to serve.
 
1. Endless Terror (Ability 2)
♦ 80/100/120/140 Magic Damage per Second => 30/40/50/60 Damage Every 0.5 Seconds
♦ Duration: 3 seconds => 2.5 seconds
 
2. Dark Barrier (Ultimate)
♦ Magic Damage to Enemies Hit: 100/120/140 => 80/100/120
♦ Shield per Stack: 100/130/160 => 80/110/140
 
Murry
As one of the nimblest tanks, Murry can control enemies multiple times, but his damage output is a bit too high. Were reducing the damage of his ability 1 and ultimate, so he can now focus on making steady control in teamfights while relying more on allies damage output.
 
1. Fragrant Trace (Ability 1)
♦ Magic Damage: 110/170/230/300 => 90/150/210/280
 
2. Rolling Strike (Ultimate)
♦ Physical Damage (Basic Strike): 200/300/400 (+3% of Caster's Max Health) => 150/250/350 (+2% of Caster's Max Health)
♦ Physical Damage (Max Strike): 300/450/600 (+6% of Caster's Max Health) => 250/400/550 (+5% of Caster's Max Health)
♦ Path Damage: 150/200/250 (+1% of Caster's Max Health) => 130/170/210 (+1% of Caster's Max Health)
 
Scarlet
With incredibly long cast range, Scarlet joins fights at low risk, but her gain goes a bit too high. Were reducing the cast range of her ability 1 and ultimate, giving her fragile opponents more room to survive.
 
1. Double Chakrams (Ability 1)
♦ Cast Range: 1500 => 1200
 
2. Aurablade (Ultimate)
♦ Cast Range: 1500 => 1200
♦ Physical Damage: 200/250/300 => 180/230/280
 
5. BUG FIX
We’ve fixed the bug that players lost a ranking star incorrectly before they were inactive in Ranked Matches for 7 days.
