【Tournament Rules】
 
1.To participate in the S34 Community Tournament, please contact the mentor for your region ( NA&SA - Mawel ; EU - Amca ; AS - KoopiChan ) to complete your registeration before July16th, 2025.
 
2.Each region will have a minimum of 4 teams and a maximum of 8 teams for the competition.

3.A team should have 5 players, including 1 team leader and 4 team members. One substitute player is allowed in each team. Substitute players must participate in the game to receive substitute rewards. 
 
4.A team can have only one leader, who is responsible for communicating all tournament-related matters with the mentor. NOTE: The mentor will ONLY communicate with the leader, without intermediaries.
 
5.Each team will have 2 chances to make player substitution. Team leaders should inform corresponding mentor at least 1 day earlier than their scheduled match to make player substitution. Temporary player substitution will not be accepted.
 
6.All participants must follow the mentor's instructions once the tournament has started until it ends. All participants must save the replay ID of each game and provide it to the mentor after every match.
 
7.The quarterfinals and semifinals will be single-elimination matches, while the Third-place match and Grand Finals will follow a best-of-three (BO3) format.
 
8.Player can only play for 1 team in this competition. If a team is eliminated, its members cannot join other teams as substitution. It's not allowed to lend accounts to others. If found breaking the rules, the player will be banned for 7 days and the related team will be disqualified from the rewards.
 
9.If a team fails to assemble 5 members and be ready for the scheduled match within ten minutes after the designated start time, the team will be considered forfeit. 
 
10. If caught using illegal methods to achieve victory in the competition, the player will be permanently banned, and the team will lose eligibility for rewards.
 
11.Each team will receive rewards corresponding to their final ranking in the competition. The team leader is responsible for reviewing the UID of participating players, as well as collecting reward information and handling related communications.
